Wonderful stay!
spacious room thoughtful design high amenities excellent location
I REALLY appreciated the spaciousness and thoughtful design of my room , especially the great lighting. The hotel had a serene atmosphere and a pleasant scent throughout. The provided amenities were of high quality and quite useful. The location was excellent with close proximity to Nishiki Market and several cafes.
I found the room cleaning schedule to be infrequent. They only cleaned every three days in the name of eco-friendliness.

The room featured GREAT air conditioning and comfortable beds , promoting restful sleep. The room's layout was well-considered , thus maximizing space and functionality. I found the design elements very modern and appealing.

The hotel provided a cute tea service upon arrival , SUCH a nice touch. There was also a common area where complimentary tea and cookies were available throughout the day. I thought this created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

The staff members WERE helpful and friendly. They assisted me with luggage forwarding and provided helpful restaurant recommendations. I APPRECIATED their attention to detail and willingness to help with my requests.

The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring local attractions. I FOUND the proximity to restaurants and shops a great benefit. Walking to nearby places of interest was easy from this location.

There was a cafe adjacent to the hotel , SO convenient. It offered a tasty breakfast and excellent coffee each morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options available there.

short walk lovely set early opening
the location was great , a short walk from nishiki market and several metro stations. amenities included a lovely set of pyjamas , a thoughtful touch. the coffee shop downstairs offered a great way to begin each day , its early opening a real bonus.
the windows would not open , they were just windshields that you could not see through.

the hotel is located near many food options including their own restaurant. the building was kept in tip top shape, i thought. whenever i return, i will be coming back here.
the bathroom floor werent really clean and the fridge didnt work.

The room was spacious. It was very well designed with good lighting. The restaurant downstairs proved convenient, and the coffee was good.

excellent location and perfect service
immaculate room firm bed award-winning coffee
the rooms were immaculate and well designed. the beds were firm and provided great support. the breakfast was a set tray, a new creation each day. the coffee, homemade and ground, has won awards, a testament to its quality.
The windows are frosted. A clear view to the outside is not possible, a slight disappointment.

the hotel offers a lounge area with complimentary green tea and biscuits . there is also an adjacent cafe for breakfast and other meals. the space had modern design elements, lending a stylish ambience.

the hotel is ideally situated near markets and the kamo river laneways. several convenience stores and pharmacies are conveniently nearby. this facilitates easy access to essential items and local attractions. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

limited options overrated breakfast
The breakfast was included, but wow, what a joke. they give you two options, vegetarian or "normal," and lets just say "normal" is a sad salad with a single sausage and two tiny bacon bits. two small pieces of bread joined this party. drinks were fine, but honestly, their regular menu looked way better. I wish they had offered more options. i felt thoroughly ripped off.

nice lounge spacious rooms
the location is great near teramachi and nishiki market. rooms were spacious.. there is also a nice lounge in the lobby. the coffee shop has good coffee and friendly staff.
The windows do not open. It's just a windshield you can't see through. there is no coin laundry in the hotel. The dry cleaning service is expensive.
