I REALLY appreciated the spaciousness and thoughtful design of my room , especially the great lighting. The hotel had a serene atmosphere and a pleasant scent throughout. The provided amenities were of high quality and quite useful. The location was excellent with close proximity to Nishiki Market and several cafes.
I found the room cleaning schedule to be infrequent. They only cleaned every three days in the name of eco-friendliness.

The room featured GREAT air conditioning and comfortable beds , promoting restful sleep. The room's layout was well-considered , thus maximizing space and functionality. I found the design elements very modern and appealing.

the location was great , a short walk from nishiki market and several metro stations. amenities included a lovely set of pyjamas , a thoughtful touch. the coffee shop downstairs offered a great way to begin each day , its early opening a real bonus.
the windows would not open , they were just windshields that you could not see through.

the rooms were immaculate and well designed. the beds were firm and provided great support. the breakfast was a set tray, a new creation each day. the coffee, homemade and ground, has won awards, a testament to its quality.
The windows are frosted. A clear view to the outside is not possible, a slight disappointment.

The breakfast was included, but wow, what a joke. they give you two options, vegetarian or "normal," and lets just say "normal" is a sad salad with a single sausage and two tiny bacon bits. two small pieces of bread joined this party. drinks were fine, but honestly, their regular menu looked way better. I wish they had offered more options. i felt thoroughly ripped off.

nice loungespacious rooms
the location is great near teramachi and nishiki market. rooms were spacious.. there is also a nice lounge in the lobby. the coffee shop has good coffee and friendly staff.
The windows do not open. It's just a windshield you can't see through. there is no coin laundry in the hotel. The dry cleaning service is expensive.
